COLLECTION BETWEEN THE SEA AND THE SKY

When I dive deep, I feel like I’m flying. Child dreams of wings and angels created the essence of this collection, formed by colors, shapes, angelic figures, and human bodies inspired by Michelangelo, Botticelli, and Leonardo da Vinci.

Within the characteristic nature of my art, which is almost always born from water and a wet body, Angels materialized – a winged image between the sea and the sky.

The primary series of the collection – Underwater Angel illustrates how angel flies adrift, supported and dragged by female bodies illuminated by sunlight on the high seas. Simultaneously being pulled towards heaven and hell – like in eternal moral dilemma.
